Thanks everyone for your help. I am arranging a tasting for some corporate persons at their location. Should I bring them the food on nicely garnished platters? It will all be food served at room temperature. Some gourmet sandwiches and hors d'oeuvres. I want to make a good impression. My goal is to get to do their special meeting orders as well as staff parties. Any suggestion?
