Does anyone know where I might be able to find examples of a chef and/or waiter contract for a catering and event planning business.
If not what are some of the things that it is absolutely necessary that i place in the contracts.
Monique: Do you mean a hiring contract? Full time or per event? Or do you want the chef/waiter to perform actual catering preparation for the party you plan and work for you as a sub-contractor? I'm sure someone will be able to give you some good ideas just give a few more details. ChefDanP.
Yes, A hiring contract which would be per event.
The chef will do all food preparation and cooking for the party. So in essence, they will be sub-contractors.

The waiters will be 'as needed' per event as well.
