i am interested in hotfood catering truck in nyc . anybody with experence please let me know.what is better lease or buy truck? how to get vendors to deliver fresh food to the truck? what permits do i need and how much ? do i get a parking garage? please help.

If you don't know this why do you want to get in the business now??????.....without finding all this info out first I mean????
The best place would be to go to an existing vendor and ask!

Even with a truck you will need a kitchen that meets the local environmental health department rules. That means refrigerator equipment, stoves and ovens, sinks the whole ball of wax. No vender will deliver to a truck.

They have commisaries you go to and buy from there though Tim!

If it is for catering, you definitely need a kitchen or at least a warehouse with coolers and freezer!!!
