I live in the Fort Lauderdale area in Florida, I am seeking some advise as to where i should research kitchen rentals. What types of establishments should i approach. What is the proper ettiquette when asking someone if they're kitchen space is for rent. I am looking for as much advise as i can get. I'm just not certain what areas i should target. Thanks so much
