Chili and cornbread for 300 - 350, what would be a good amount?

I usually do small parties of no more than forty people and have several courses, usually with individual servings. I've agreed to cook a few kinds of chili and a few kinds of cornbread for a benefit which hopes to draw 350 people in May. Does anyone have a suggestion about how many gallons of chili or loaves of cornbread I should make?

How big are the bowls?
