I began training and took my first job in 1988. I was 15. I have held dinning chef's positions in most of Charlotte North Carolina's finest clubs. I have been working on a ACF certification and have done a European Apprentice from a former Roux apprentice in England and apprenticed in Haute. I have a star award from international Tower Club Club Corps.I own higest dinner scores in Charlotte's most prestigous dinner club.
