WebFoodPros.com: WanaBe a Chef: Certificate or degree?
By Matthew (Matthew) on Sunday, January 30, 2000 - 02:47 am: Edit

I'm in the process of choosing a baking /pastry program and am stumped whether it is better to get a one year certificate or a two year AS degree.

What are the differences?

What do hotels / pastry shops look for on a resume?

Is one better than the other?

Any and all comments are welcome. Thanks!
