WebFoodPros.com: WanaBe a Chef: Culinary Education In France

I read through most of all the messages in
this Forum regarding Culinary education in
France and was a little disheartened by the
lack of replies, but still hope that i would get a
good response on this new conversation
thread. I am interested in pursuing a Culinary
Education in France, probably in Pastry Arts.
Perhaps someone out there from France or
who has studied there could enlighten me on
the whole culinary education scene there?
Which are the top reputable schools that I can
apply for? ( i believe we should always learn
from the best, learn the right techniques and
equip yourself with the right skills to excel) Any
advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

According to Shaw's Guide to Cooking & Wine Schools <http://cookingcareer.shawguides.com> the two top cooking schools in France are E.S.C.F.
<http://www.egf.ccip.fr/ENGLISH/index.htm>
and Institut Paul Bocuse
<http://www.each-lyon.com>
E.S.C.F. is the best cooking school in France. Bon Chance!
