Hi All,
I'm wanting to do more baking so I can try new recipes, improve and learn new techniques, but I hold myself back because I don't know what to
do with all the food. I'm wanting to go to school and study pastry arts and eventually own my own business. I'm not rich, so I can't afford to be constantly giving away food all the time plus, my family doesn't need all the treats laying around.
What do others do? How do you juggle the need to bake and dealing with all the resultant goodies.
I know some of the items can be frozen, or given away, or used for work, church, and get-togethers. What are other ways people deal with this?
Thanks for your input.

i don't know if your still looking for an answer, or if your even out there. why don't you try volunteering at a shelter or church. they might let you experiment if you bring some of your own ingredients & give them the desserts.
