I'm a sophomore in highschool in Westchester, NY (30 minutes from NYC) and I've always been interested in cooking. I already work at a tea shoppe, baking and preparing plates on the weekends, but I'd like to begin some classes at a culinary school. Know of any culinary schools maybe in NYC that offer classes for highschool students? I'd appreciate an email rather than a post if possible at rem4jq22@aol.com

Try the community college,
thats how I started, and I went to the culinary union school too.
