Hi, my name is Manuel. And I´m going to be a Chef. I just know that if I don´t take a Culinary Arts program it´s going to take me longer. I currently work in Mexico in a 5 diamond resort, but still, I know I´m missing out.Does anybody know of some organization, that would help me somehow pay for college in the States or Canada as an International Student. Is there such thing as the "Association of Mexican Cooks" or something like that?. Would any body help me?

Gracias.
Cook. Be happy.

Check for any Hispanic foundations, there are many scholarships for people of Hispanic origin(s)

out here in las vegas, most hispanics get trained free thru the culinary union. course most want to be dishwashers or bus people thou. out of 6 classes, I met 1 woman who wanted to be a fry cook, she was good too, she could do bachemel sauce by hand in half the time it took me.

There are many scholarships for training in culinary Europe. I would assume that you should be able to find something. I would also contact the schools that you have interest in attending they will have some leads I'd bet.

This is all great advice, I hope Manuel appreciates it after having to wait three and half years to get it.
