My girlfriend has a great passion for foods, the arts, and culture. I thought I would do her a favor and look up some schools in Cinci since Im attending college there next year.

I am looking for a Culinary Arts school in Dayton, Ohio. I want to become a Pastry Chef rather than working in a restaurant as a Cook. I have worked in a bakery for 5 years. I also have prepared the baking for them.
Any information that you have for me in becoming a Pastry Chef?
