I am considering either J&W one year "garnish your
degree" program or FCI's six month program. Anybody
have any thoughts as to how prepared graduates from
these schools are? J&W offers more as far as
operational methods are concerned, but would FCI's
focus on "real world" cooking experience give it the
edge? Any comments would be appreciated.

Real World. Always.
Peace, and now Bunker Busters.
