I have been seriously interested in attending culinary school for some time now & after much investigation, I have narrowed my decision down to either the French Culinary Institute or Peter Kump's N.Y. Cooking School. My questions are these, which school is better, how does the curriculum differ, and why is there such a vast disparity in tuition rates? Any input or info. would be greatly appreciated.
