Hi,
They run out of a small storefront in Westbury, and it is a for profit school.
There isn't much space.
The do have some very good instructors.
The program is not ACF Certified.
They don't have any commercial outlets (Student Run Restaurant)
I'd suggest looking at the program at NYIT.
http://iris.nyit.edu/culinary/welcome.html
It's ACF and Middle States accredited (the credits are transferable to a "real" college.)
The Department Chair Chef Susan Hendee is a great person who is dedicated to the students.
BTW I am prejudiced, I'm still on the books there as Adjunct Faculty.

Thank you for the information George. But now i have one more question for you. They(NYIT) will be starting a new certificate program in January. What, if you know, are the main differences between the associate and the certificate programs?
