Hi, I'm a reporter at the L.A. Times doing a story on how culinary schools are more popular than ever. I'm looking for students who have ambitions of being a celebrity chef one day. I know, I know, it's nothing like TV and you have to pay your dues, but you're allowed to dream, aren't you? So, any culinary student with fantasies of having a show on the Food Network years from now, e-mail me at david.pierson@latimes.com or call me at (818) 772-3154. Thanks!
