This time next year I will just be getting started in the culinary world as a FCI graduate in culinary arts. Is anyone out there familiar with the Philadelphia area and how the job hunt might go? Any other advice or information regarding my situation would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. David

Dear David;
I'm a Philly native who loved cooking in Philly. It's a foodies paradise with every kind of restaurant imaginable. I would suggest you pick up a copy of "Philadelphia Magazine" for starters. The ads will give you a good idea of a restaurants style. Than hit the streets! Talk to chefs and owners, everybody is hurting for good help. Enjoy a big soft pretzel and a cheesesteak for me please!
