Hello all. I'm beginning my (ahem) formal training in January of 2004 in Vancouver at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts and was wondering if anyone had any good contacts or could point me in the direction of finding someone who would take pity on an Adult culinary student who is wanting to work. Any and all information would be greatly appreciated. I can be contacted at 1discreetboy@excite.com if you do not feel comfortable posting names, numbers, etc.
Thank you.

man, I bet your happy to be getting out of ohio.
best thing to do is get on the web and see what rest's and hotels are listed and start calling or emailing them. check chamber of commerce listings, chefs groups, even meat and food sellers. they always know who needs what.
wish I could go there for a hockey clinic for old guys, but just got the cast off and no hockey for spike for another month. christ!! just when I thought I could not get any more bored.
on a good note, the right eye is almost open all the way, another month with that to.
