I'm going to be 40 in a couple of months, and if for some reason I become independently wealthy, like winning the lotto, I'd like to know about all the really GOOD schools in Florida. Cordon Blue in Orlando won't leave me alone, and I was wondering if anyone here was experienced with Kaiser College and the Capital Culinary Institute.
Thanks!

Ahh, 40 back when I was a kid...
Check out the local restaurants, the Chefs often offer mini classes where you cook one of their signature dishes and eat it. Better yet if you hit the lottery do a culinary tour of Tuscany or Bordeaux etc.
All the crap they cram into a normal full fledged culinary program is totally unnecessary for a home cook.
