Hi,

I need some information for research I am doing before changing careers and would be so greatful if anyone in the cooking industry could answer some questions for me. Thank you in advance.

If you cook or cater:

Name:

Position:

Number of years in position:

What are your daily duties?

What do you like best about your job?

What do you like least about your job?

What are the physical requirements of the job?

What training and education did you need and where did you obtain it?

What background and experience was required for you to get hired?

How did you secure your position with you company?

Why do you think you were chosen over everyone else?

What do you think makes you good at your job?

What advise could you give me to help get me started in this type of work?
