Hi,
My daughter is looking for a 4 year culinary arts college in the western U.S. She is thinking of
minoring in business and majoring in culinary arts, if such a college or option exists.
If possible she prefers a suburban or small campus.
Anybody have any suggestions or resources where we can look?

You could try going to "cookingcareer.shawguides.com/" it has alot of information on culinary schools. Hope this helps you out. I am also looking for the right school to attend.
