By Crkdbrook (Crkdbrook) on Sunday, March 18, 2001 - 11:30 pm: Edit

I am 18 years old and currently studying foreing language education at the University of Maryland. I love to cook and I cook all the time at home but I have no industry experience. Next year I am studying abroad in Nice, France and I was thinking about trying to get a job or an intership in the culinary field while I went to school there. What is the best way to go about getting worthwhile experience? Also what are the rules about working in France since I am not a citizen?

I also have been considering going to culinary school in France when I am finished with school. Does anyone have any suggestions on a good place to study?

Thanks

E.S.C.F. <http://www.egf.ccip.fr/ENGLISH/index.htm>
was founded by the Paris Chamber of Commerce to offer professional training in foodservice.
I consider E.S.C.F. to be the best school in France.
Bon Chance!
