I will be starting the AOS program for baking and
pastries May 11. I would love to hear from any
future students. Especially those moving to NY
with their families.

I'm glad to hear from someone else about to start at the CIA. I'm not quite sure when I will be starting. I'm still working and making money. But I'd love to hear any comments from grads of the AOS baking and pastry program.

I recently finished my extern at the Ritz Carlton in Palm Beach,Florida and LOVED IT. I'm a Baking and Pastry AOS and I graduate in Oct. 2000. Feel free to email me if you have any questions about my extern or the Ritz Carlton. If you like to bake and love outrageous plate presentations then the Ritz Carlton is the place to be!!
I learned soooo much. I feel very confident about returning to school on March 7. Good luck to all of you and going to the CIA was the best decision I could have ever made!

I will begin my AOS in Culinary Arts this coming August. I am really excited/nervous about this new experience and I hope I'll be able to breathe easier as soon as I get there and everything else is settled.

I'm starting my AOS in Culinary Arts January 2001. Until then I'll be drifting through a grueling final semester at college. I can't wait to move to NY and immerse myself in the culinary field. I'd love to hear from other future students.

I am a current student in the A.O.S Culinary arts program and I think it is wonderful.I am in A block and and looking forward to B block. Although I am a new student at the culinary institute, I have been made to feel very welcome by other students and staff. When you get to culinary math, try to get Mrs. Blocker. Mrs. Blocker is astounding in her approach to math and there operations. I recommend The Culinary Institute of America to people who want a real culinary institute.
