We are an event center in Western Nebraska. We do
many large catering events throughout the year and
have had a successful experience so far with that
venture. Recently we began opening our facility (which is located right here on the ranch) for Friday night meals open to the public. Our cook is not really trained as a short order or line cook. Is there somewhere in the western states that does this type of training?
