WE are interested in starting a delivery business in conjunction with our full service restaurant. Our to-go sales warrant the need for us to deliver. Starting from the ground up. Would love any and all input regarding start-up methods, do's and don't's, etc...

We have a food taxi service in our area that works directly with the local restaurants. Its not to bad a service. they actually handle the service, they have all the to=go menusof different restaurants. You might want to see if there is something like this available to you.
I'm not sure of the cut $.
anyway i can tell you some of the don'ts of putting drivers in company vehicles, ins. etc.
