Mexican Chef looks for a schoolarship opportunity

Hi Chefs! I live in Mexico City but I need to find some places anywhere in the US or France to study some kind of courses of cook. I am trying to find information in the web but is not enough for me.
I haven't known about this site in the net but I hope that important chefs will help me with the information that I need.
