I'm looking for a 1-2 week cooking class in Paris for the fall. Would like it to be in english. Any suggestions?

Yes, I was looking for the same thing myself. There is La Varenne [www.lavarenne.com] and Le Cordon Bleu. There are also some other schools in Paris which you could find at, I believe, shawguides.com Unfortunately the schools are very expensive. The 2 I just mentioned are the most famous ones. chefjohnb@worldnet.att.net
