Had this dish in Montreal Can. Honey was in the potato, not a coating. Anyone know how to duplicate this dish?
Dehydrate potatoes and reconstitute in honey syrup?
Prep in pressure cooker with honey?

Why would you want to duplicate it? Honey has been the cool thing to do for years, with the honey baked ham silliness and what not, but KEEP IT OUTTA MY FRIES!!!!!! If you insist thought, par cooking them in a pressure cooker with a few ounces of honey wouldnt be a bad start....man oh man what is the world comming to?
