I will be offering a mother's day special brunch at my restaurant and am looking for traditional mother's day menu items. Any suggestions?

A brunch that I catered for a Christianing last Summer featured as many "Do Aheads" that I could find due to time restraints. I made 3 different frittatas that were oven-baked, cooled, chilled and reheated. They performed very well. I had a large wicker basket filled with many different muffins, mini muffins, and tea breads and herb biscuits. These were made the day before and warmed before setting out. They could even be frozen, thawed and reheated, too. I made a couple of flavored butters.I used lots of fresh flowers and herbs to decorate the platters, baskets and bowls. I added a large fruit Grand Marnier salad and a Honey Baked Spiral ham. The brunch was a great success.
Need more ideas for brunches, let me know.
