I'm planning on opening a panini place and need information on good quality panini grills and distributors. I assume the Italian ones are the best. Can anyone give me more info?

My first question is, are you in Dallas Tx.? ha ha
We use Nuova Simonelli. There are many domestic brands on the market. What you are looking for is high wattage for heat penetration. Email me and maybe I can give you some more tips.breads,ingredients,spreads, garnishes etc. even if you are in Dallas.
