My dad's 60th birthday is coming up and i thoought this would be a great birthday appetizer in germany since know one even ever hear of it.... any help would be greatly appreciated! i will give you any germany homemade recipe you want if you help me out! How about some original german potatoe salad :-) or anything else..... you can also email me

There is a cookbook available at barnes and noble entitled chain resturant secrets. The blooming onion recipe is in there.
