I am graduate of the CIA and I am currently working as an Executive Chef and Caterer. In the past year I have been teaching a culinary class at a private cooking school, ran from a home, in the area. I love it and would like to become a Culinary teacher. What do I need to do as for education to pursue this career or is my A.O.S. enough to get a job? Please advise.

As long as you're not teaching for a local school board, and you are teaching for a private company, than you are OK. The good government jobs want to see formal education on the resume!
Good luck with it

You will need to get a state board of educators licence to begin with, this will involve showing your graduation documentation and your gpa while at collge, did you compleat a full four year degree or just the associates deploma?
