IS ANYONE CURRENTLY PREPARING HOME COOKED MEALS IN THEIR HOME FOR FAMILIES AND CHARGING FOR THE SERVICE? I CURRENTLY HAVE A CATERING BUSINESS WHICH I RUN OUT OF MY HOME AND HAVE BEEN ASKED TO BEGIN COOKING HOME COOKED MEALS FOR BUSINESS PEOPLE FOR THEM TO HAVE WHEN THEY GET HOME. I WOULD PREPARE THE MEALS IN MY HOME & DELIVER THE MEALS.. THEREFORE NOT CALLED A PERSONAL CHEF. ANY INFORMATION ANY ONE HAS WOULD BE APPRECIATED..PRICING...PACKAGING...ALREADY KNOW HEALTH RULES AND REGS.....THANKS

Do you have a commercial kitchen/liability insurance/appropriate licenses? If not, you're running illegally and the forum responses you get will continue to be, at best, nothing.

from experience, delivery is hell.....
we are producing main dish entrees, and were delivering them to convenience stores.
the inspectors didnt know how to classify us, they decided to call us meat processors.....
major headaches, but they will help us grow
