I tasted a bacon dressing yesterday served with a spinach, blueberry, blue cheeese and spicy pecans salad. I would like to duplicate that dressing for my catering business. The waiter would tell me that they use b-b-q sauce as one of the ingredients to make it spicy, It looked creamy and not at all like a hot bacon dressing. This was a delicious salad and hoping to get some help in making this dressing. Thank you.

why don't you call the chef one day. It woundn't hurt to ask for the recipe or a list of ingredients (ala my son is allergic and I need to know exactly what is in your dressing). Chef's usually give out recipes because its good for their ego's and it helps spread the restaurants good will.
