Please if you would be so kind as to answer these questions, it is for an informal survey.
No names or identities will be revealed; so please answer honestly!
What is your beverage of choice during work?
What is your beverage of choice after work?
The same during both?

If you drink while you work please let us know, I think Chef's have a reputation to maintain!
Just kidding...:;) :;) :;)!!!!
Spike, I want to hear from you first or second!!!!! And Elwood!!!

I don't drink alcohol at work. It makes me sloppy and slow. Maybe a glass of wine at the end of the night VERY occasionally. Afterwards, I drink @ a beer a night, maybe wine with a meal on a day off. I made a comment a few months that no one has EVER seen me drunk. Thats because the times I ever did have a buzz going, everybody else was plastered! And I do like my 6 cups of extra-strong French Press coffee in the morning.
I joke sometimes that I CAN'T be called a chef because I don't have a full-blown drinking problem ....

Gotta have a martini and a Cuban cigar at the end of a great party... I am about to go fire one up right now... We had a wedding for 300 this afternoon and have another one for 400 in full swing right now...

It is my reward for a long hard day!

Coffee in the AM followed by Diet Dr. Pepper to keep the caffine going.
At the end of the day, usually a glass of red or two.
Day off Ice tea and Diet Dr. Pepper.
No alcohol other than vendors tastings while working.
That's just me though, seeing as I made thru the 80's, think I stick around a little longer.
