Hi! Can anyone tell me how to carve a turkey and put it back on the frame so it looks like it wasn't carved? Also, how do you figure out how many people a 20 lb. turkey feeds, for example, taking into consideration the bones? Thanks for your help. Gina

Generally, allow 1 lb. of turkey for each person, hence, a 20 lb. turkey will feed 20 people.
You can carve breast meat and then hide it inside the flap of skin which has been carefully peeled down from the breastbone. However, it's nearly impossible to carve the whole bird, then put it back together to look freshly roasted. Why not just roast one for a display, then serve from previously carved birds with the meat nicely arranged in a hotel pan or serving dish?
