IHMS- Chefs' Championship

Hi All,

Thanks to Chef Gerry Murphy I'm going to be able to feature the IHMS- Chefs' Championship on the Escoffier.com site.

For now we have a current Press Release covering the competitor’s and events, with a schedule for the different Competitions and Demos that will be going on at the show.

The recipes of all the finalists along with pictures from the events will be going up on the Escofffier.com site after each event is completed.

If any of you will be at the event be sure and come by and say Hi . I’ll take a pic of ya and put it up.

What a great excuse for me to spend a long weekend in NYC! ;<)
