Hello, my name is Dino and I currently live in Manila, Philippines. I have been thinking of moving back to the USA and have Portland in mind. Only I don't know anyone there and I have no idea about the current employment situation there. Can anyone fill me in on the virtues of working in Portland. I lived in Seattle for 2 1/2 years, is it similar to Portland?
