Only if there where to be a next time. That's the only pastry class offered as of yet. So everything else will be learned at home or on the job. I learned much from Chef Winter, but no where near enough. Just not enough time for the class. I have a foundation to build on now at least.

thats 0.09 below me. and to tell you the truth, I had to make stuff over in pastry before my instructor passed me. that was before I went pastry full time.
