so i toss a few bucks to the cop in the morning so he lets me park my truck out front while it's being loaded. even tho theres this big ass sign out front that says no parking, i figure, what the hell, eat or get eaten, right?
so the produce guy, the meat guy, and half a dozen other nimrods show up at my door and want to "sell me the best they got" so I toss a few bucks here and there just so they will remember me and they go away.
then that stinking pastry chef wants some "good" choc. and the saleman is shoving wooden spoons in his face so i order the good choc and hide a couple wooden spoons to take home with me.
i know that some of my regular customers are coming in today and its been a while since i have taken anything off the bill, so what the hell, salads all around today.
ya get what i'm trying to say here??????
who pays for all this money changing hands?
the customer.
kickbacks come in all shapes and sizes and they are all crap.
that is all............................

Ummm. interesting state of affairs you have there, (as long as you are not taking money).
and by the way...what is it about Pastry Chefs that seems to get on other Chefs nervs???
