I just received an apprenticeship with Pierre Chambrin at the Saint Louis Club. The only thing I know is he was a White House Chef for the Clinton's and he had a plaque on his wall that said Matre Cuisinier de France. Does anybody know anything else.
Just Wondering, I start Monday.
