I have come upon one, and the originator has agreed to take it out of his restaurants and try to distribute it to local markets. One issue we have is that we have observed it to have a short lifespan. While all preservatives alter the color and flavour of food a bit, is there one that anyone can recommend that interacts least with tomatoes and peppers? Thanks.
