I'm consulting in Alaska and I'm having a terrible time with fresh produce....it sucks. Everything coming to this state is brought over on barges and if you are on the surrounding islands, you're looking at close to two weeks from Seattle. I've spoken to the two foodservice companies here and was told to take it and like it....any suggestions? I'd really hate using a frozen product.
