Well it seems as though it is not safe to dive into the waters of "good for you" low cal processed "health" food. I do know that eating as close to the earth as possible is best, but all those people that rely on processed foods for a healthy diet are getting duped, and at their healths expense. I wonder what other additives used in processed foods do to ones self?
To clarify this statement, a Racketeering lawsuit has been issued in a Cali. Court against the makers of NutraSweet/Aspertame, a Dr. (indidually), American Diabetes Assn. and Monsanto. The overall health affects on the body indused by exposure and consumption of the substance is not good.

And yet no mention in the mainstream news, at least not as of yet. I can only imagine what kind of waves are going to be created if this suit is upheld and the things that it will expose.

How about some of the soy products that you find in health food stores. You can get soy product that tastes like beef, turkey, sausage, chicken nuggets etc. This stuff is so processed that it can't be too good for you.
