I am seeking information on a 3 year sequence curriculum for my Pennsylvania Culinary Arts class for comparison with what I developed over the past 4years.
All I would like is the title of the lesson plans for each year. They would be compared to see if what I am striving for is in line w/ the rest of the culinary community.
