If anyone who is in France and might know of where or know anyone who might know where a Chef is by the name of Henry Boubee', would you let me know or pass on that I would like to get in touch with him.
I worked with him in New York at Windows on the World in the early 80's.
Tell him Spike is looking for him.
Tell him Damian passed away.
He's another one of those GREAT Chefs.
