Hey Spike!!!....Did Spike go to LA, haven't heard from him since the third?????????????
By Chefspike (Chefspike) on Thursday, September 08, 2005 - 12:58 am: Edit |
no. I'm still in Los Angeles.
why would I go there?
theres nothing to do, which means I'd just be in the way, another mouth to feed, and taking up a bed that someone down there could use.
now I have been talking to some friends to see if we could make some money there in the months/years to come, but thats far off too.
I'm not good with dead bodies either, I learned that the hard way in the fire dept.
It stays with me for too long.
and I have not given a dime to the red cross, cause i think they screwed up there.
and I think the mayor and the gov'ner and those dumb as* senators should all resign.
and they should fire those 600 or so cops for leaving their posts.
JESUS !...cops leaving their post, whats next?

and wheres all the city's money?
and the states money for this kind of thing?
and how come they are hiring "illegals" in texas to help with the relief effort?
and that FEMA guy should be shot.
Hell the best things to come out of this is the fact that there will be a lot less dead and The 1st Army, and it's Commander.
Talk about someone taking charge!
Hell he did better than those damn politicians.
What the hell is going on !?
Has everyone lost their God Damn minds?!

"U.S. crude oil futures fell as oil and gas operations in the U.S. Gulf Coast recovered slowly after Hurricane Katrina's devastation. NYMEX October crude dropped $1.59 to $64.37 a barrel".....and, and .3 cents per gal. on gas.
See Manny, I told you.
All that crying wolf crap.
Came back to bite you didn't it.
What you got to say NOW wolf boy?
uh?
Uh?

It still won't come back to what it was before we got screwed again!!!!!!...and it's still over $3.00 a gal. here buddy!!!
The Saudis are boycotting American goods. We should return the favor.
An interesting thought it to boycott their GAS.
Every time you fill up the car, you can avoid putting more money into the
coffers of Saudi Arabia. Just buy from gas companies that don't import their
oil from the Saudis.
Nothing is more frustrating than the feeling that every time I fill-up the
tank, I am sending my money to people who are trying to kill me, my family,
and my friends.
I thought it might be interesting for you to know which oil companies are
the best to buy gas from and which major companies import Middle Eastern oil
:
Shell............................. 205,742,000 barrels
Chevron/Texaco.......... 144,332,000 barrels
Exxon /Mobil................ 130,082,000 barrels
Marathon/Speedway……... 117,740,000 barrels
Amoco............................62,231,000 barrels
If you do the math at $30/barrel, these imports amount to over $18 BILLION!
Note: The price of oil is now over $50/barrel- - -increasing the take to
about $30 Billion!!!!!
Here are some large companies that do not import Middle Eastern oil:
ARC0.....................0 barrels
Citgo.....................0 barrels
Sunoco..................0 barrels
Conoco..................0 barrels
Sinclair...................0 barrels
BP/Phillips............... 0 barrels
Hess......................0 barrels
All of this information is available from the Department of Energy and each
is required to state where they get their oil and how much they are
importing.
But to have an impact, we need to reach literally millions of gas buyers.
It's really simple to do.
Now, don't wimp out at this point... keep reading and I'll explain how
simple it is to reach millions of people!!
If each of you send it to at least ten more (30 x 10 = 300)... and those 300
send it to at least ten more (300 x 10 = 3,000) ... and so on, by the time
the message reaches the sixth generation of people, we will have reached
over THREE MILLION consumers!
If those three million get excited and pass this on to ten friends each,
then 30 million people will have been contacted!
If it goes one level further, you guessed it ... THREE HUNDRED MILLION
PEOPLE!!!
Again, all you have to do is send this to 10 people. How long would all
that take?
If each of us sends this e-mail out to ten more people within one day, all
300 MILLION people could conceivably be contacted within the next eight
days!
