Online shopping for food and beverages

Hi,

I am a MSc student at Newcastle University, UK.
I am currently writing my dissertation which is investigating online shopping for food and drinks.
I have been conducting an online survey for almost a month, but I am not totally convinced by the answers I got.
I would like you to tell me what you think about buying food and beverages on the Internet. Do you think it is much different than buying, for example, books, CDs, other kind of products?
Do you shop for groceries online regularly? Why? Why not?
What do you think could be improved? Are you concerned by anything when you buy online? Why do buy food and drinks online rather than in a store?
