Help...please. Is there a site that I can go to that has a training manual I can use to develop my own to train waitresses/waiters ? I keep either oversimplifying or overcomplicating the issue for the new manager and would appreciate a hand. Thanks. Glynn

Unfortunately I do not know of a site that offers such a manual for public use. If you are not able to find such a site, then perhaps I am able to help you. I am a food service consultant with Culinary Counsel in Canada. We provide customer service training seminars as well as assistance creating policies and procedures manuals for independant restauranteurs like yourself.
