PC, Personnel Chef, is a person that cooks multiple meals in someone's home and packages them for later use.
HMR, Home Meal Replacement, simply describes a growing trend of people not cooking for themselves and getting meals or ready to heat/eat food else where. It is manifested in many businesses including PCs.

As you stated about HMR states a growing trend of people not cooking for themselves and getting meals or ready to heat/eat food else where. Would this not be a client to the PC? If not, please give me a better discription of HMR.
Thank you

Yes, Personnel Chefs are a reaction to the growing Home Meal Replacement trend.
